The Senate has allowed to pass a new FISA law that specifically provides immunity to Telecommunications companies that participated with the Governments illegal wiretapping of US Citizen’s communications. This makes me so angry. If the Telecoms lose the class action lawsuits against them, they could have tried to sue to government or something. But the fact is that they knowing violated the law (as evidenced by the fact that not all companies agreed to participate with the program) and they should be held accountable. I am so angry right now, I could (and probably will) spit!
