As you should all know, Google purchased YouTube for quite a large sum of money ($1.65 Billion) back in October, 2006. A large number of people were left to wonder, why would they do this, after all, the smart money said that YouTube was in danger of being sued out of existence by the members of the RIAA and MPAA.
