Yesterdays weather has left me with a leaking roof again. Over the years, the flat roof has sagged, and water no longer drains. I have looked at putting a drain in, but it is not really practical, as there is no convienent location to connect a drain to. In fact, my only option is to completely replace the roof. This of course will not be cheap, as the roof is six stories up, is accesible only from inside my home or by crane from the front of the building. Oh, did I mention that it will be nice and expensive as well? Yes, I love my roof.
