Ok, now, I know there are not a lot of you who are reading this particular blog, but you do exist. Every morning, before I fire up Visual Studio for another round of C# coding, I read a feed of some of my favorite news sites and blogs. There is one blog I would like to recommend specifically.
The Consumerist is a blog that handles, you guessed it, consumer issues. You can basically write in with your experience of getting good or bad customer service (preferably bad) and it may get posted and commented on. Some of the interesting things you will learn about include…
- T-Shirts at Walmart with Nazi logos on them.
- Plots by cell phone companies to screw you over.
- Insurance companies efforts to screw you over.
- How to monitor your credit and your privacy.
- And so much more.
Right now there is a very interesting segment running concerning a senior manager at Sprint. They have been discussing so many ways Sprint likes to make your life difficult, despite whatever the contract says. The best one I just read concerns losing your service because you use too much of their unlimited roaming package. I never new you could use too much of an unlimited service.
I recommend you go check it out. Its a great read.
